What to Expect

How to book:

Your proposal expires after 5 business days.

Please confirm the package and any additional services by the date in your proposal**.** Once we confirm, I'll send the contract via a link for you to sign electronically.

Scheduling:

I will schedule each vendor through vendor contracts. For services provided by a close friend or family member, we will confirm details informally with approval of the details sheet.

Payment:

The initial deposit will be due immediately following confirmation of proposal via Venmo, Stripe, or ApplePay. Payment can be split into 3 payments, 6 payments, or monthly installments. You will confirm this when signing your contract

The timeline:

I will work with you to confirm the timeline after all vendors have been booked. I will reconfirm the timeline with everyone on the wedding team 2–4 weeks before the wedding.

Dashboard

I will provide you the login information to access your Client Dashboard to track our planning process. All documents, pictures, contracts, and checklists will be stored in the program. Please save the link to your phone for easy access.

Google Drive Folder

We'll keep all media and documents in this Google Drive Folder so you can access them in the future. The folder will be accessible through the Dashboard.

Meetings & Updates

All meetings will be via Google Meet. After the Onboarding, Budget and Décor meetings, we'll switch to monthly, bi-weekly, or bi-monthly scheduled meetings. Comprehensive update emails will be sent every 2–3 weeks, depending on new information.

Wedding/Event Website

Our marketing team will fully customize your wedding website after the décor meeting. You'll use it for guest RSVP management, details, and wedding/event updates.

Wedding Email

Please create a wedding email for all correspondence and storage.

Communication

Please allow 2–3 business days for responses to your emails or messages on Google Chat. For immediate response, mark your email subject URGENT or call/text my work phone.
